Tramola Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tramola, these terms will automatically apply to you. Tramola is a service provided by Gridev (Ismet Can Yildirim). By using this service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Tramola is a travel tracking and planning application that allows users to record visited locations, visualize visa requirements, and track travel statistics. Some features require an active internet connection and a Firebase account for cloud synchronization.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we strive to keep data up to date, visa policies change frequently. Tramola does not guarantee the accuracy of this data. Users are solely responsible for verifying travel requirements with official government embassies or consulates before making travel arrangements.

4. User Accounts & Content

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials provided via Firebase Auth.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any notes or data you enter. By using the app, you grant Gridev a license to store and sync this data via Firebase to provide the service to you.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the app to store or transmit any illegal, harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

5. Data Synchronization & Offline Usage

Tramola utilizes an offline-first architecture. Data entered while disconnected is stored locally on your device. Gridev is not responsible for any data lost if your device is damaged, lost, or if the application is uninstalled before a successful cloud synchronization with our servers occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, features, and functionality within Tramola, including but not limited to the user interface design, logos, assets, and slogans, are the exclusive property of Gridev. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these assets without explicit permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Tramola utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Firestore, Auth, App Check)
• AdMob (Advertising)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to travel disruptions, data loss, or reliance on information provided within the app.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service or us.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
