This Privacy Policy explains how Gridev (operated by Ismet Can Yildirim) handles data in the Tramola mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect & Purpose
We collect the following information to provide the core services of Tramola:
- Travel Selections: We collect the places you mark (lived, visited, planned, wishlist, etc.) to build your personal travel profile and provide detailed travel statistics.
- Passport Selection: We collect your chosen passport information to generate your Personal Visa Requirement Map based on your nationality.
- Personal Notes, Game Scores, & Badges: We collect these entries to track your travel memories and achievements.
- Cloud Syncing: All information above is stored and synced via Firebase Firestore so your data is available on any device where you log in.
- Technical Data: Device identifiers are used for analytics, fraud prevention (via Firebase App Check), and to deliver advertising through Google AdMob.
3. How We Use Data
- Firebase Firestore: To sync your map selections and notes across your devices.
- Firebase Auth: To manage your account securely.
- Firebase App Check: To protect the app from hackers and unauthorized access.
- AdMob: To show ads that keep the app free.
4. Data Sharing & Commercial Use
We may share or license anonymized, aggregated insights to third-party travel partners for market research and industry analysis.
Important Privacy Protections:
- No Personal Identity: We NEVER share or sell your name, email, personal notes, or individual travel history.
- No Individual Tracking: Partners only receive high-level trends, never data that can be traced back to a specific user.
- Opt-Out: You may opt-out of aggregated data sharing at any time via Privacy Settings.
- Opting out removes your data from all future reports.
- Choices made offline are applied locally immediately and sync with the cloud upon your next connection.
- Data processed during the "unsynced" window may not reflect the updated preference until the sync is complete.
5. Data Deletion
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account via the app settings. This action permanently wipes your profile, notes, and travel history from both your local device and our Firebase servers.
- Web Deletion: If you have deleted the app, you can request data deletion by emailing gridevcontact@gmail.com. Data is deleted within 30 days of a request.
6. Children's Privacy
Tramola is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Additional Disclosures & Contact
Tramola uses Google Services (such as Firebase and AdMob) to provide app functionality and advertising. These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own policies.
